 I invite you to follow me into nature, to be present in the here and now, to feel good, to open your senses and enjoy the beauty around you.

Shinrin Yoku, Italian for Forest Bath-immersing oneself with all the senses in the forest-is a natural preventive therapy that originated in Japan. It consists of staying a prolonged time in silence and awareness in nature and experiencing it through the senses.

It has the beneficial action of inducing a state of relaxation and deep well-being, which helps to distance oneself from the everyday dimension, anxiety or stress. During a Forest Bath we "forget" about everything, the mind calms down, and in the silence can often come moments of self-reflection.

This can help us understand what is really important to us and who we are. We will spend the immersion day in the rejuvenating atmosphere of the forest and nature in a sequence of activities, moments of introspection, silence, writing and sharing circles thus taking a break from daily life and thoughts.
